Thanks to blogger, Capt Joe at GoodMorning Gloucester, we get to glimpse Phil in Gloucester meeting fans and signing merchandise. ‘After the Catch’ was just filmed in Gloucester in the last week or so and we’ll be seeing more of Capt Phil, the rest of the skippers, and some of the deckhands, starting on Tuesday, June 17th! Can’t wait!

It appears the word is out… Captain Phil faced a fatal situation this season, but we don’t know when or what episode it will show up on. In fact, he’s still not fully recovered as of today. What did you think of the first show? Was it my imagination or was there also a second episode right after? I only caught part of it since I didn’t know about it. Here’s a clip after the jump from the first show, in case you missed it.
Season 4 kicks off tonight at 9 pm on the Discovery Channel. The first episode is called “Ge ‘Em Back Safe” and TV Guide says, “In the fourth-season opener, the crab-fishing fleet prepares to sail into the Bering Sea after some crucial repairs are made on the Northwestern, two new crewmates are trained on the Wizard and Johnathan’s son Scott joins the crew of the Time Bandit.”
