Season Premiere of Deadliest Catch - Off to a good start!
What did you think of the first show? Was it my imagination or was there also a second episode right after? I only caught part of it since I didn’t know about it. Here’s a clip after the jump from the first show, in case you missed it.

Good Job everyone! Can’t wait for next season!

June 4th, 2008 at 5:19 pm
PHIL YOU ARE ONE SERIOUSLY NICE GUY, I HOPE YOUR HEALTH STAYS GOOD AND I WISH YOU GOOD FISHING, YOUR BOAT AND CREW ARE MY FAVORITE. (BUT NO MORE FISH PUNCHING IT FREAKED OUT MY TODDLER) KURT-HUNTINGTON BEACH CA.
June 4th, 2008 at 11:00 am
I havent seen the new episode yet but i cant imagine that it was that horrendous that some one punched a dead fish. the fish on the “crab” boat are what you like to call “bait” and the bait is strung from the inside of a pot where crabs pick it apart (hopefully) after the pot has smashed into the bottom of the ocean floor. can any one explain why watching some one punch a fish is worse than knowing what is going to happen to that dead bait when it is strung into the pots?
why is this even an issue?
I wouldnt in my wildst dreams think of not wanting to watch this show and i bet that Kathy wont be missed by any of the Millions of other DEDICATED viewers.
May 7th, 2008 at 8:59 pm
I cannot believe that idiot punched a live fish on TV last night! I am DONE with the show! THAT WAS AWFUL!!!
May 5th, 2008 at 6:15 am
I bet the “kinda 800 bucks” thing was probably closer to 1100. But no worries, I have eaten enough crab to have paid for it. My treat, Jake, but you should move the TV to the common area and share it with the crew.
Then pops should restrict you to your room for a season.
CM is a beautiful ship, the crew is seriously hot, and our whole family loves the show. Fair seas to you all, and thanks for bringing home the the catch for us!
April 28th, 2008 at 6:33 pm
Phil,
I think you might be onto something, instead of fishing for red king crabs, use that ole pick-up truck and catch some red-neck crabs!
April 24th, 2008 at 4:32 pm
I want to bake bread for the whole crew of the Cornelia Marie…I am serious…but I wouold have my doubts about its freshness when it gets to you. I am an ardent fan…this is the first fan letter I have written…ever…but this is the first FV & crew that has captured my attention. God be with you all!

Hello
This is the first time I have ever written a commentary on a television show. I just wanted to drop a quick note to say that Deadliest Catch is one of my favorite shows. I’ve just read the news regarding Captain Phil’s medical issue and wanted to tell him, I hope you have a full recovery and I wish you health happiness and god speed.
April 22nd, 2008 at 8:51 am
Ahhh… children…
April 21st, 2008 at 10:05 pm
Kids..bratts… got two boys of my own. If that would have been one of mine he’d be laying on the floor choking on his last dinner of teeth! Loving them is the only thing that keeps us from killing them. You did good.
I told my oldest boy that I will never complain about 4 foot waves again when we are out on my boat again since watching you guys!
Hope you are feeling better.

Any one else notice that the Discovery Channel censored the back of Phil’s t-shirt in the first episode. I attended an event over the summer and all of they guys had the same t-shirt on. FCC doesn’t allow “Eat Me” on T.V.? You can say it, but not wear it?
April 21st, 2008 at 12:21 am
What a great new season!
Well, Capt. Phil..I have a confession to make. Last season I wrote to Cornelia and called you out on your comment “No women on board”. I couldn’t figure out, since she is half owner how she couldn’t have ever been on board!? Well..she wrote back and said she hadn’t heard you say that on national TV and she woukd be checkin it out. I wrote to her again this season to check out your response..if you had one..and she said she had forgotten and would be bringing it up. So if there is a bone to pick it’s with me..I am sorry..but we women have to stick together..even if we do think your just the cat’s PJ’s you hunk of yum!
Gods blessing to you and your crew

Capt. Phil, I am amazed at your restraint regarding Jake and the t.v. If I had ever done something like that, I would still be at the hospital getting my Dad’s size 13 EEE removed from my rear. I trust jake and Josh realize what a wonderful Dad they have, and that Jake made it right with you regarding the t.v. !
The pickup truck stunt was truly ingenious, but I have total faith that you came up with something just as ingeneous, and I can’t wait to see what it was !
Anyway, thanks for coming back for another season with Deadliest Catch……The Cornelia Marie, along with you and your crew are by far my favorite on the show, but I enjoy all the boats and there crews. I hope this past season was first and foremost a safe one for all the crews and there boats, and also a very profitable one as well for all the boats and there crews. I am Looking forward to the rest of season 4 thats for sure !
Be safe out there on the Bering sea you guys, and enjoy your off time to the utmost !

Lol, I cant say that I havent done something like that to my mother. So I feel for ya Phil! Just breathe and do not kill them…judges frown upon that kind of thing
April 20th, 2008 at 4:15 pm
Phil–Lay off the Red Bull! Your doctor must cringe when they watch you! I bet they about feel out of their chair when they hear how many Reb Bulls you drank! I honestly don’t know how you do it being the father of two of your deckhands. I remember feeling like a crazed loonatic when my husband assisted our two children in looking out the windows of the St. Louis Arch! I punched him in the kidney! I hope that your Red Bull habit isn’t because you don’t want to take your eyes off those two boys…. Feel better!
April 20th, 2008 at 10:42 am
It’s killing me that I haven’t seen the premier yet! Work keeps getting in the way! I know its got to be really good from everything I read about it so far. You guys are great to watch. Thanks to the Captains of all the boats and their crews for letting us all in to watch your day to day activity.
April 20th, 2008 at 2:59 am
Capt. Phil & Crew,
I’m a 911 dispatcher in No. Calif and thought my job was stressful??? Mine is a cake walk compared to rogue waves, freezing rain etc….I have all the admiration in the world for you, I’d spend all my time ‘chumming’ over the side, and that’s before the ship left Dutch Harbor. Still not sure when I watch DC if I want to eat crab or throw up. :o) Please stay safe, keep on those boys and thank you for giving us all a chance to experience a life most of us couldn’t even imagine! My God bless and keep you all.
April 19th, 2008 at 9:57 pm
No worries Phil. My son hit me for 1500.00 for a DWI. I would have rathered pay for a TV than a Lawyer haha. I did let his butt sit in jail 2 days and sweat first. Love the show. You are a great dad!!
April 19th, 2008 at 8:49 pm
I had caught part of the first show. I am surpised that you did not you son into next week for buying the tv. Congrad for keeping your cool! I did think it was pretty funny what the Time Bandit did to your crew and you with the pickup truck. I do appriecate what you guys do. so keep up the excellent work and and be safe at work.
April 18th, 2008 at 12:50 pm
Hello Capt. Phil and crew.
Love the show. And thank you for all of your hard work. It shows you all love what you do.
I grew up in Maine love the ocean but, I must say I have never seen waves like you all have to work in . Oh MY GOD ! I see those coming at you all and my behind puckers.
Tried to order a Duck Fart shot the other day at a local watering hole here in Oklahoma … They did not know what it was so I had to tell them. The drink was not bad.
Anyway I know your very busy but wanted to wish you all well as you go out to sea this crab season.
April 18th, 2008 at 12:39 pm
Hey, you guys are wonderful. I watched both shows and was thrilled to see all of you working again. I am land locked in Kansas and watching Capt. Phil and the crew make me wish I was the cook on the ship! Be safe and take care.
April 18th, 2008 at 12:32 pm
Oh Jake…what WERE you thinking? $800 of the old man’s $$? I hope you buy him something nice for the same amount.
In any event, I love the show and I love watchin’ you guys haul in the crab. Thanks for bringin’ ‘em to my table.
April 18th, 2008 at 11:01 am
Hi Capt. Phil and the crew of the Cornelia Marie,
Big fan of course, I enjoyed the first and I guess, second, episode. Glad to have you guys back for another season. I cannot believe Jake went out and spent more of your money without permission. He makes enough, he can pay for it himself. Heck, he makes in one season in what I make in a year and a half. Take care and if you guys ever need a cook, I’m there. I’m too out of shape to work the deck.
April 18th, 2008 at 10:40 am
i was going to say, “if the purchase of said TV came from wal-mart, you can do the following within 30 days: take the TV with all contents and the box, take the recept, and you can return it for store credit (a gift card). if the walmart is a supercenter, you can use said money for food for the crew.” however, i wanna see what happens when jake starts to slack off due to being in his bed too long because of the TV.
April 18th, 2008 at 8:07 am
The Lynn from NJ here. Sent Phil a message on his other site for a great retaliation for the TB. Hope he gets it. Hope you cut down on the Red Bull, that crap can do damage(an EMT) so I know how it can effect your insides, not good. Stick to good old joe, large cups.
Great to have you all back safely. That kid of yours with the new tv should pay you back ( he’s makig enough money now) if I did that crap to my parents they would’ve kicked my ass. That’s unfortunately not socially acceptable anymore, next purchase take it out of his share. He’ll learn quick enough then!
Take care, enjoy the little time you have off &for Gods sake try to relax!!!
April 18th, 2008 at 7:11 am
Hello Cap’t Phil!
I had been counting down the days until the “Bad Boys of the Bering Sea” would be back on TV. I do want to know something…who did you talk to on the bridge before Discovery came along and put film crews on your boats. You talk to the camera while running the boat, who did you talk to before? Have you gotten used to the film crew?
Love your wise crack comments and your laugh…cut down the the Red Bulls, though…56 in 4 days is a bit excessive!
Enjoy the show!
April 18th, 2008 at 6:17 am
Hey Phil & crew,
Just wanted to drop a note and tell you we loved the latest episode. My boyfriend and I watch all the time and I keep telling him he should go try the job sometime. He says he’s a hard worker but ya’ll put him to shame, he admits he probably couldnt keep up.
Hope you’ve been able to quit smoking…..I did it on the Chantix pill and it works like a charm….hardest part is when you drink….so I cut back on that for a bit and now I’m good. I hope you had a good and safe season…..Keep up the good work and the great entertainment!!!
Stay Safe!!!

Hey Phil and crew,
Just wanted to let you all know how much we love and appreciate what you all do. My husband and I are huge fans of the show! Phil… I would’ve knocked Jake into next week for buying that TV, but good for you for keeping cool. I also loved the truck prank by the Time Bandit guys… I hope you found a great way to prank them back. We really admire how hard you guys work and the fact that you are willing to let us share in what you do. (My husband thinks I owe quite a lot to you guys since I can eat more king crab than his entire family put together… so let me just say a big THANK YOU for continually going out year after year to bring my fave food to my plate! Yum.) Obviously the season is over, but I hope it went well and everyone was prosperious. We’ll be watching each week as always to see the outcome. Maybe one of these days we’ll get to run into you here in Alaska or in the Seattle area where I have family and visit often.
Take care of yourself Phil (best of luck with the quitting smoking) and I hope Jake paid you back! To you and the crew, be well, stay safe, and we’ll be enjoying this season on the edge of our seats until you guys head back our way for another season.

Capt. Phil and the guys…
Love the show, thank you for allowing us into your lives and your amazing adventures!
Phil we love that you are keeping it real with your boys, what a awesome relationship you have with them.
We have two boys of our own, and I dont know if my husband could keep half the cool that you do with some of the stunts they have pulled… hope Jake PAYS for that wonderful TV he bought as a early fathers day present for you… LOL
God’s speed to you and the crew. Onward through the fog, and keep your eyes on the crab!
April 17th, 2008 at 7:08 pm
I was absolutly glued to the tv tuesday night. Phil.. you are the greatest dad ever. Jake needs to pay for his tv. I hope you get the time bandits back with a vengence!!! Yor don’t mess with the Cornelia Marie boys!! Josh let us in on a couple secrets at the 3 card poker table in vegas a few weeks ago.
Phil, you have an amazing son, Josh is the sweetest kid, very respectable and just a down to earth kid, he was very enjoyable to talk to and learn about what goes on during the fishing seasons. YOU did a great job with him. Kick Ass Guys!!! JAKE PAY YOUR DAD BACK
BE SAFE, GOOD LUCK ALWAYS, I HOPE TO MEET ALL OF YOU SOME DAY IN DUTCH….. AND HAVE A DUCK FART
April 17th, 2008 at 7:02 pm
Phillllll! I’ve missed you and I am so glad the season has started. I love the show and I just hope everyone stays safe. Look at all the comments! You are loved!
April 17th, 2008 at 6:04 pm
So happy that the new season has started! I’ve been counting down since January. Yes, there were two episodes. TV Guide only listed the first one as new. Lucky for me I was taping the first episode as I was watching it. When the second came on I was able to hit the record and tape that one too. My daughter is a HUGE Deadliest Catch fan and is overseas in Wales for a few months (we live in PA). So, I’m taping them for her to watch when she get home and sending her a blog of what’s happening on each episode to saisfy her DC Fix. I think she misses the show more than she misses me, LOL! Stay safe!
April 17th, 2008 at 5:07 pm

Hey Captain Phil Sir
I just realised while reading another post here that you QUIT smoking??????? Isn’t it a blue-nosed bitch to quit??? I quit about 2 months ago now and I still want to smoke…. if you can do it, I can hang in there, too! Thanks Capt, for some REAL inspiration!!! from your CrabbyLady
April 17th, 2008 at 3:46 pm
Hi Phil
You have my admiration for putting with with your boys… Jake and his new TV thing, I would’ve had it ripped off the wall, stuffed back in the box and back at the store (and the kid would also be paying the repackaging fees for that little trick, too)… why do you let Jake get away with that???
My dad was a sailor all his life, over 50 years as an AB Seaman, and he had a fishing boat for a few years (running out of Bodega Bay Calif)….. what an experience! I was the youngest and dumbest so I got to be the bilge pump.
Now I watch your show and enjoy all the stories that everyone brings to the table… the show brings up my own memories, too, stories my dad told me of his trips all over the world, and especially the memories of what we we lived through together on our “Julie Bell”.
It sure feels good to have guys like you and Johnathan and Sig and all the rest of them to finally speak out for the fishermen. It IS one of the worst jobs ever, and one that is utterly undefinable as to why some guys keep coming back each season. I just hope that it all makes a few folk think twice the next time they get a crab dinner and recall just what it takes to get that crab onto the dinner plate.
Good luck & God Speed, Captain… to you, your crew, and all the other souls on board… most of all, come home safe!!
April 17th, 2008 at 11:43 am
Hey Guys!!! Loved the first two episodes! You guys are definitely our favorite ship on the show. Hope we get to see you guys bring in a big load this season! Good luck with the whole quitting smoking Phil……especially with kids like yours!! Hope all is well and you guys stay safe!!
~Much love from the Midwest~

you guys are the bomdiggity… anytime ya need to stay dry for a while Phil,, come on down here to Phoenix and play in the desert with us. You all stay safe and keep on making t.v. fun to watch again by seeing real men working,, not dancing or singing like on the other channels,, you guys are the real thing, bless you
April 16th, 2008 at 11:40 pm
Jake is just a pup…Capt. Phil is the hot one. I wouldn’t mind taking a ride on the back of his motorcycle.
April 16th, 2008 at 10:10 pm
Goodness, I just finished watching the 1st 2 hours of your new season, and I don’t know where to even begin. First of all, I surely hope that you took that new TV out of Jake’s butt….LOL…. or at least made him pay for it himself, but I know you are probably one of those softhearted Father’s and just gave Jake a chewing out and made him think twice about doing that again.
Your boys look great, they even looked liked they have grown up a bit since last season also. And you my dear look GREAT in this new season. You had a fresh haircut, freshly shaved and you even looked like you may have dropped some weight, if so, that will be good for your high blood pressure becoming lower and stablizing more. Now, I know that in reality that your 2008 crab fishing season is over with and can’t wait to see the outcome of this entire new season. My question first off is, “did you quit smoking as you said you were going to in January as you and the other Capts. talked about while having that drink before your crab fishing began”? Hmmmm…. I am betting NOT since you guys are always under so much stress and anxiety. Just holding all of those lives in the palms of your hands, I would say that it would have been very hard to quit smoking, UNLESS you did quit after the Opie season was over. That also would be good for your high blood pressure. I am not one to be preaching because I myself have high blood pressure and I also do smoke and slowly trying to quit.
Now, let’s get to that Time Bandit PRANK, that took a lot of balls to pull that one off. How and why he thought about attaching a truck to one of your lines was something outrageous and hysterically funny. I was so glad that you had a sense of humor about it, because I laughed my butt off. I can’t wait to see if you are going to return the favor with something just as crazy. But you have to admit, that one would be pretty hard to match or even beat, unless like Johnathan said on the show, “you would have to top that with a plane or a helicopter”. Oh, I’m sure you had something up your sleeve.
Looks like the crab have not found their way to the potts yet from the way the season started, but from all of the previews that I have seen of this new season so far, it looks like you all were going to do just fine and I can’t wait to experience the journey with you all. I am hoping that you, your sons, and your entire crew had a safe and rewarding season. I plan on watching every episode and possibly even watching them several times over. I really enjoy the show, keeps me on the edge of my seat with waiting and anticipating what will come next. I know that you are not supposed to reveal any information of the show reguarding outcomes, so I will not ask any other questions, but instead will just send you an email now and then to let you know how much I have been enjoying watching you and your boys and of course your crew. All of this probably sounds odd coming from a woman, but I do enjoy watching this show. I am a true southerngirl born and raised in New Orleans and I love fishing also, just haven’t done your kind of crab fishing.
So for now Phil, take care, write if you can, and I will continue watching. I don’t expect to actually get a real email back from you because I’m sure you have someone doing that for all of you. Please believe me, I am NOT a stalker by no means, I just know a GREAT show when I see one, very good people when I see them, and the word REALity definitly fits the show, it’s a VERY REAL LIFE journey.

So exciting that there were 2 episodes on last night. It was ALMOST enough to satiate my need for a crab fishing fix. I was convinced that it was going to be the same episode twice, but the details on the DVR interactive program guide set me straight. I have never failed to watch AND DVR an episode since it was the mini-series “America’s Deadliest Season” and have since moved to the Seattle area. My favorite thing to do when I have friends and family up for a visit is to drive by the terminal where the boats park in the off season. You guys on the Cornelia Marie are some of the toughest and most put together people in the public eye. Thanks for letting America ride along with you and reminding folks that seafood doesn’t just come from the grocery store. My Godfather owns a seafood company and I have a cousin who fishes on the boat his father died aboard- so I have a special place in my heart for people who make a living on the open water. Thanks for the great job and for taking the time to educate and entertain while you work!
Yeah- and I hope you made Jake pay you back for that TV- PLUS INTEREST.

Wish I knew there was a second show but it will be on next week. 2nd, I would club that little turd-even if he was my own! Don’t they make tons of cash on their own to not need your card? Tough love sunshine, it’s for your own good. Your health isn’t it’s best right now and you just don’t need the stress of petty sh**, take your pup and relax. We love having you around. Take care of yourself, O.K..
April 16th, 2008 at 5:36 pm
We have been waiting for the new season to start, and we were not disappointed. I got to meet you Phil, also Larry, Greg, Ragnhild, and Sig last year at the Food Fest in Ballard Washington. You guys are just awesome. It was like talking to old friends.
Both episodes last night were fantastic. Now I can’t wait til next week. Phil if you want to prank Jonathan, take Jake’s big screen tv, and replace his pot with it, then make Jake pay for the thing out of his share.
Hope you are doing well. Please take care of yourself, we want you around for a lot more seasons.
April 16th, 2008 at 5:26 pm
Capt Phil Harris .. Love the boat ..you guys are my favorite boat.. Here in NJ if we dumped that truck in the ocean the EPA would fine us.. Love the show you guys are the best.

I love watching Deadliest Catch. Glad it is back on again. Capt. Phil, you are my favorite captain on the show. Take care of yourself! God bless you and your crew!
April 16th, 2008 at 4:48 pm
Hey Phil - LOVED the show last night. The look on your face when the truck came up was priceless! *grin* I can’t wait to see how you get back at the Time Bandit boys! The only thing I could come up with was filling one of their pots with rubber duckies! Hand Jake your statement when it comes and tell him it’s HIS responsibility! I spit coffee all over when you made the lion remark! Then I went and thanked my son for NOT doing things like that to me! Did you really quit smoking on Jan. 1? If you did - I wouldn’t have wanted to be anywhere NEAR the Cornelia Marie for Opelio season! YIKES! Let us know how the quitting goes - I’ve got the Chantix sitting on my table (haven’t started it yet) and figure if YOU can do it - so can I! Thanks for letting us in on your world - I know it can’t be easy having the cameras around all the time. I can’t wait for next week’s episode!~
April 16th, 2008 at 4:01 pm
The premire was excellent! The truck prank was cunning…it might be hard to top it;) As for the tv, high def is well worth the money,,,
I caught the whole marathon this weekend too. I had a dream about working on a crabbin’ boat…you guys have one tough job :)lol
Keep it safe and good luck!

April 16th, 2008 at 2:26 pm

April 16th, 2008 at 1:53 pm
I think all these people are really just looking over the most important thing and that is jake is hot.
April 16th, 2008 at 1:35 pm
Loved the 2 episodes last night! I have been counting the weeks till the 4th season came on! I couldn’t wait to see you guys again! You and Sig and Jonathan are my favorite! Loved the truck prank that Jonathan and Andy pulled on you! Can’t wait to see what you do back to them! It ought to be good!
That was so funny. And I agree with the others who posted on here, I’d take the $800 for the TV out of Jake’s pay. He wanted the tv, he’s watching the tv (not the whole crew in like a lounge are) so he should pay for the tv, not you. He certainly makes enough money. Time the young man learn some responsibilty….and if he don’t like it take it away from him and you keep the tv…you paid for it. But welcome back Phil, I look forward to seeing more and I certainly hope you guys stay safe through the season and please take care of that high blood pressure. And I hope you did quit smoking like you said you were going to!
Love you guys!
April 16th, 2008 at 12:01 pm
Is it true that Phil has a blood clot during this season?
April 16th, 2008 at 11:40 am
I think the idea for taking the price of the tv out of Jake’s pay is a great idea. Poor Phil, all stressed out and they hadn’t even started fishin’ yet. Phil Rocks!!!
April 16th, 2008 at 11:30 am
Haven’t missed an episode in 3 years. I really admire all the brave/crazy guys and gals that go out there every year just so to supply us average folk with a luxury like crab. Can’t get enough. And I, too, look forward to seeing the payback for the truck. That was classic.

It was great seeing DC back for season 4. I could not turn off the tv after the first episode aired, and voila’ another episode of season 4 was on. I had to keep telling my self it was a new episode and checking crews for affirmation in my own head.
I just sent Phil an e-mail but I hope he is taking it easy! Sexy man has been sick. Girls do not wear him out this summer! Yeah, I would too!
The truck was hilarious. Classic. Hillstrands are funny, but I know Phil will get his one up on them! It is great to have DC back! Thanks God, it was a long cold hiatus!
Keep up the great work, Cornelia Marie Crew…we all love you!

I loved the first episode of the new season! I keep telling my wife I want to work on the Cornelia Marie but I know from watching the show that first-timers at age 37 don’t last very long! I’ll stick to software development.
This show is the most captivating thing I’ve seen on TV in over 30 years!
I love the Cornelia Marie!! It’s now my favorite ship! I’m gonna be eatin’ a lot of crab from now on to support the industry!
Good Luck!

Love the show! Watched all weekend (even on the tv in the breakroom at work). I loved the truck prank too, I can’t wait to see what you
come up with in return! I am just in awe of you guys and the work you do. When I see the shots of the huge waves crashing over the boats, it’s scary but also incredibly beautiful. Take care.

Did you get a fine from the EPA now that the world knows that you dumped a truck into the Bering Sea?
There is an Airplane graveyard in the desert outside of Phoenix. I’m sure that you can find something there to pay Johnathan back.

Guess there’s another Lynn here, saw both episodes last night, one of the best things was theCM pulling up the truck John & crew put on Phil’s last pot! The expressions on the faces was priceless! Can’t wait for the get back next year> Great first two shows, makes up for the long wait!

I was thrilled as well to find out two episodes aired. I think taking the price of the TV out of Jake’s pay would be a great lesson!!

I was absolutely THRILLED that there were 2 episodes last night!! That meant more time to see my favorite boat in action!
I can’t wait to see what you came up with to get back at the Time Bandit!
I’m glad you boys are back. Life is too boring without the Deadliest Catch!

I also caught both episodes. I was glad I didn’t switch the channel after the first one. The truck prank was hilarious! Loved it! You guys have a great sense of humor, but I’m guessing that gets you through a lot. If you’re ever in Bellingham, WA stop in at the harbor. We’d love to meet you guys!
I also love that my initials are on the front of the Cornelia Marie. We have something in common :-)))

I was so happy that they aired two shows. I can’t get enough of you guys. The truck joke was hilarious! Good Luck you guys!

Welcome back Phil! LOL about Jake and the TV. My husband and I have seen every episode. We love the show. You mentioned that you might quit smoking. I hope you did. I worry about you and Sig and how much you smoke. Good Luck with that!!

I would have made Jake take that flatscreen back to the store. I don’t care what he had to do. Phil, you are way to generous with those kids.

Captain Phil rules. We need men like him in New York, he is hot, he is a real man. Yeah Baby

Wow, what can I say? It’s always more then what I was hoping for! Poor Phil, he’s so generous with his credit card! Hope they all have an awesome time on their Deadliest Catch tour!
April 16th, 2008 at 6:45 am
I also caught both shows. Even though there were two, the time flew by and they were over faster than I wanted them to be! I loved when Capt. Phil’s hands were shaking after his confrontation with Jake about the television. Anyway, safe season and good thoughts being sent your way!

I caught both episodes. Full of pranks again this season? Lol. I can’t wait to see you guys again next week. Have to say, I loved seeing that much ink in the first episode! Hope I get the chance to meet you someday and see the art up close. Love you guys, here’s to a safe season.

Yes, there were two episodes. Second one being “the truck” . I think it has something to do with the writers strike.
I’ve watched DC from season one.
And like some other lady wrote…..I live my life through you guys….good luck, stay strong, be safe.
